Community giving is a part of Deluxe’s cultural DNA. For more than 35 years the company has been a leading corporate contributor to the United Way, but campaign fatigue led to declining employee donations.
Deluxe’s executive leadership team stepped up to rally employees, reinvigorating company-wide participation.
