Beehive is a Certified B Corporation committed to business as a force for good. Our purpose and values guide what we stand for — and who and what we stand up for — in our communities and in the world. We are committed to continually listening, learning and taking action.
People
Beehive is evaluating how we can improve recruiting and retaining more BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and other employees representing underserved populations. We are working toward a specific, measurable and public commitment to improve BIPOC representation at all levels of agency staffing and in our industry.

Programs
Beehive continually participates in training and education around structural racism and other social justice, diversity, equity and inclusion issues to ensure we understand our own biases and privileges and can be active, informed allies. We work with clients, partners and suppliers that align with our purpose, values and social impact commitment. We empower, equip and educate clients on how to define and active their own purpose, mission, values and social impact or JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion) commitment.

The BrandLab’s mission is to change the face and voice of the marketing industry by introducing, guiding and preparing students for careers in marketing. Their vision is a marketing industry that thrives on the insights and creativity of people with diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled and operated by women in the United States.
The PR Council advocates for and advances the business of communications firms by building the market and the value of firms as strategic business partners. The Council includes more than 100 of America’s leading communications firms, representing the premier global, mid-size, regional and specialty agencies across every discipline and practice area.
Time to Vote and ElectionDay.org are nonpartisan efforts to increase voter participation. Companies participating in these nonpartisan efforts commit to providing paid time off for employees to vote.
