Beehive’s VP, Culture and Talent, Rebecca Martin published a blog post in B The Change on how small businesses – B Corps especially – could activate their diversity, equity and inclusion plans. The post acknowledges the challenges of time and resources being limited. And yet, examines how doing nothing right now is simply not an option.

B The Change gathers and shares the voices from within the movement of people using business as a force for good and the community of Certified B Corporations. The opinions expressed do not necessarily reflect those of the nonprofit B Lab.
