Minnesota’s 19 Certified B Corporations have rallied together to support The Sheridan Story’s urgent response to feed children in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our goal is to raise $50,000 by May 15 to feed 12,500 children.

More than 200,000 kids in our community were experiencing food insecurity before schools closed, before there were massive layoffs, and before we faced widespread closures and income loss. The need for nutritious food has now skyrocketed and will continue to increase.

The Sheridan Story focuses on food gaps when children aren’t able to receive free and reduced meal programs in Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Their school district and community partners have asked for more than 107,500 meals—more than 28,000 bags of food—each week. This is more than five times what The Sheridan Story normally provides.

$100 provides 25 meals for school-aged children experiencing food scarcity.

Working together, we will amplify The Sheridan Story’s work to feed our community’s children.
