Ayme Zemke, EVP, client service, Beehive Strategic Communication, and certified crisis communication leader, recently contributed a thought leadership article to Today’s Geriatric Medicine on managing health care burnout and supporting employees. Today’s Geriatric Medicine shares strategies for assisting and supporting health care personnel under stressful and taxing circumstances.

Ayme discussed how burnout in the health care industry is increasing nationally. Her article gave ideas on how organizations can invest in positive workplace culture, communicate often and authentically, and prioritize employee well-being.
