For a fourth time, Beehive Strategic Communication has been named a Best Place to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Beehive is one of the top 20 Best Places to Work in the Extra Small Company category (10 to 24 employees), and was highlighted in a video on the Business Journal’s website.

Honorees are recognized for creating and maintaining engaging work environments, which include team-building activities and career-development opportunities as well as workplace amenities, such as onsite workout facilities.

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal partners with Quantum Workplace to conduct confidential employee surveys to determine the honorees. On Friday, June 22, the Business Journal will announce its four MVP Award winners. These winners are individuals at the honoree companies who go above and beyond to help create strong, positive workplace cultures.

“Every day Beehive strives to live its people promise: To be an energized culture that inspires and values well-being, creativity and growth so we all keep getting better,” said Rebecca Martin, VP, Culture & Talent. “Awards like this are validation that we’re keeping our promise.”

View the results for the Small Company category (25 to 49 employees), Medium Company category (59 to 249 employees) and Large Company Category (250 or more employees).
