St. Paul, Minn., June 8, 2026 Beehive Strategic Communication has been named a 2026 Best Place to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. The annual program recognizes Minnesota employers that have built exceptional workplace cultures based on confidential employee feedback gathered and analyzed by Quantum Workplace.

“We believe people are at the heart of everything we do,” said Rebecca Martin, chief people and impact officer at Beehive. “Creating an environment where employees can grow, contribute and do their best work is fundamental to Beehive’s culture. When we invest in our people, we strengthen our culture, elevate the work we deliver for clients and create lasting value in our communities.”

Beehive was recognized in the extra small company category, which includes organizations with 10 to 24 Minnesota employees. Honorees were selected based on employee survey results measuring engagement, communication, leadership, trust and workplace experience.

The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s Best Places to Work program honors organizations that prioritize employee well-being and create environments where people and businesses can thrive together. Honorees will be recognized at an awards event Aug. 20 at CHS Field in St. Paul, with rankings announced in a special publication on Aug. 21.
