ST. PAUL, Minn., December 8, 2016 – Rebecca Martin has been promoted to Vice President, Talent and Operations at Beehive Strategic Communication. In this role, she will continue to lead Beehive’s talent efforts, including recruiting, retention and professional development. She will also lead Beehive’s internal employee engagement and wellness initiatives to engage and inspire current employees. Martin joined Beehive in 2005 as an Account Supervisor, moving to Director of Marketing and Operations in 2009 and Executive Director of Talent and Operations in 2012. Her internal communication work has contributed to Beehive’s growth, advancing the agency’s long-term business goals, inspiring employees and fostering a strong, positive company culture.
