St. Paul, Minn., February 7, 2023  — Beehive Strategic Communication announced three promotions, including Amy Hahn to senior account director, Katy O’Neill to account supervisor and Madeline Weis to account strategist.

“These are well-earned promotions for Amy, Katy and Maddy. Their curiosity, strategic thinking and growth-mindsets help them deliver stellar results for our clients,” said CEO Lisa Hannum.

Hahn previously served as account director at Beehive. In her new role, she will expand her strategic leadership and serve as relationship and project manager for clients, including IWCO, Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe, Vesper Energy, Gundersen Health, North Memorial Health and Prime Therapeutics. Hahn joined Beehive in January 2022.

O’Neill previously served as account strategist. In her new role, she will continue to serve as a day-to-day client contact and take increasing responsibility as relationship and project manager for clients, including Adolfson and Peterson Construction, 3M, ScaleReady, ACIST Medical, GiveMN, Ziegler CAT and UnitedHealthcare. O’Neill joined Beehive in 2019.

Weis previously served as an account coordinator. In her new role, she will support client organizations by delivering research and insights, digital strategy, media relations and employee engagement strategies. She will continue to support Beehive’s growth as a member of the agency’s marketing team. Weis joined Beehive in January 2022.
