For a third time, Beehive Strategic Communication has been named a Best Place to Work by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in the Extra Small Company category (10 to 24 employees).   Throughout the week, the Business Journal will continue to announce honorees for its 19th Annual Best Places to Work – the Twin Cities’ longest-running workplace awards. Beehive is included in the first round of 2017 honorees, highlighted in a video on the Business Journal’s website.   Best Places to Work companies are recognized based on anonymous employee survey results administered by third-party research partner, Quantum Workplace. Targeted survey questions ask employees to rate their organizations on communication efforts, leadership and more.   “What’s most rewarding about this recognition is that it’s completely voluntary and based on our team’s candid feedback,” said Beehive CEO Lisa Hannum. “It’s an honor to be recognized for our commitment to create a positive and energized culture that delivers on our values and promises.”   View the results for the Small Company (25 to 49 employees) and Medium Company (59 to 249 employees) categories, and check MSPJ.com each day through Friday, June 23 to see the latest honorees.
